I stole a large slab of rock from some place in Huichapan as a gift for my turts...they were struggling to all fit on the two old rocks they had.

The town of Huichapan in Hidalgo is a colourful, colonial place. The church is no exception.

A small canyon, with a small river, near Huichapan in Hidalgo. I climbed down one side and up the other. For fun.

The fair is coming to town in San Jose, Hidalgo, and Los Cardenales are the stars. Apparently.

Day 138 - Littlest Hobo
The local stray dog, who loves everybody and is loved by everybody. She goes by several names. Sasha. Negra. Chacha. But we call her Hobo. Sometimes Hobalina when she does her happy to meet you dance.
Day 137 - Nelly The Elephant
The circus is coming to town. I guess this elephant is a safer replacement for the last elephant which escaped and got run over by a truck...
Day 136 - Speed Up Gonzalez
This is my 'hood. I tried to give it a 70's wishy washy feel. Only partly succeeded, at best.
Photo Of The Month - February
Another month has been and gone, and another 28 photos added to my 365 collection. This month I have six photos up for the vote to become Photo of the Month and join the previous winning shots in my sidebar. And there are photos from two continents, as I took a couple of weeks worth of shots in the UK.
Day 134 - Needing A Lift
My bicycle parked under a sign for a product I was that minute buying. Cycling is thirsty work!
